About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire supply chain function, including procurement, vendor development, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage purchase order generation and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Built strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply quality and service.
  • Ensure smooth and timely material dispatches in line with customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Maintain and review stock reports regularly to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Oversee vendor invoicing, documentation, and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate supply chain-related management information system (MIS) reports for senior management review and decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Essential).
  • Up to 20 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and construction industries.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, negotiation, vendor registration, logistics, inventory management, and invoicing.
  • Excellent understanding of e-way bills, challans, MIS reporting, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning/supply chain management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
