Senior User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet business requirements.
- Oversight of the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.
- Able to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
