Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Android developer to join our team. As an Android developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that deliver seamless performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and ensure app stability and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues using unit testing and debugging techniques.
  • Optimize applications for speed, memory efficiency, and wide range of devices and screen sizes.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs to connect the application with backend services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of the Android SDK, UI components, and design principles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Firebase for push notifications and real-time database integration.
  • Experience in custom UI development and creating animations for enhanced UX.
  • Knowledge of tools for app performance profiling and optimization.
  • Experience with Agile workflows and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
