Job Description:

As a Lead Engineer, Mobile App Development, you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications using React Native and Native Platform. You will ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and coding standards, and design scalable and robust system architectures for mobile and web applications.

Key responsibilities include ensuring code quality and reliability through automated tests, leading efforts to debug and resolve issues promptly, driving the adoption of modern software engineering practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and promoting code reuse and contribution strategies to minimize redundant development.

You will also develop a deep understanding of business, market, and customer needs, use this knowledge to propose and drive new or improved solutions, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership to the team.
