  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, making a lasting impression.
  • Handle front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling with professionalism.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Guest Relationship Executive / Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
