Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments and a strong understanding of quality management principles.

This role requires the ability to analyze and document quality management processes, configure and customize the SAP QM module, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting system testing, providing user training and documentation, and troubleshooting and resolving SAP QM functional and technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM (procurement quality), PP (in-process quality), and PM (maintenance quality checks)
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM
