Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols across manufacturing, warehousing, and packaging operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to approve suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and industry standards.
  • Oversee quality checks for raw materials, blends, and finished goods through internal and third-party labs.
  • Assess sensory parameters of products and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Supply Chain, to enhance quality processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
