Transforming spaces requires more than just aesthetic appeal. It demands an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, tastes, and preferences. As an interior sales professional, your role involves working closely with clients to create designs that inspire and delight.

Role Description

This full-time position entails engaging with clients to understand their interior design requirements, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meting sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Offering expert product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction
  • Oversight of design project execution, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery

In addition, this role involves training new team members and managing various sales processes. Qualifications include:

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster strong relationships with clients
  • Proven Sales experience and aptitude to drive business growth
  • Sales Management capabilities to oversee teams and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to secure deals

We value candidates with experience in interior design or related industries and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Immediate joiners are preferred for a swift onboarding process.
