">Job Title: Senior Network Engineer">

As a senior network engineer, you will design and implement complex network infrastructure supporting WAN, LAN, and WLAN on a multi-vendor network. The network primarily consists of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, with some Cradlepoint & Cisco.

  • Design and implement network architecture to meet customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Support and coach other engineers in the team to provide high-quality services and solutions to customers.
  • Lead and assist in defining strategy for complex projects.
  • Manage deliverables for complex customer design and implementation projects.
  • Perform advanced analysis on complex incidents and act as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients.
  • Provide fourth-level support for operations as part of the incident and problem management process.
  • Develop processes for other engineers to follow to successfully deliver solutions.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

You must have:

">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ product portfolio areas.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN highly beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN also highly beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN and LAN beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal, and comprehension are absolutely essential.
