Key Responsibilities include:

  2. Ensure configuration tasks are completed for Enterprise/Wholesale customers within agreed Service Level Agreements.">
  3. Conduct change management, turnup, and migrations requests.">
  4. Perform standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activation post Provisioning.">
  5. Validate wiring connections and schedule dispatches with field operations teams.">
  6. Participate in high-profile projects or activities as a full contributing team member.">
  7. Escalate and resolve customer queries in a timely fashion to meet agreed Service Level Agreements/KPIs.">

The ideal candidate will have experience

">

in network infrastructure project management and on-field experience. A deep understanding of the Provisioning process, telephone, internet, data, service activation, switch, and router configuration is required.

They will be responsible for creating a consistent experience for stakeholders

">

and enabling better customer outcomes by owning responses and resolutions to queries into Service Delivery and Supplier Management.
