Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled professional with expertise in network infrastructure and security.

This is a critical position that involves maintaining and troubleshooting complex network systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to network-related incidents, providing effective solutions to minimize service disruption.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Security Enforcement: Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Upgrades & Updates: Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent field of study.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with cloud networking solutions, firewall management, load balancing, network automation, routing and switching, and security best practices is highly desirable.
