Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds.
  • Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop skills in accounting data integration with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows, identifying areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance, with a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with experience in using ERP/accounting software an advantage.
  • Motivated and eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
