About Our Company

We are a youth casual-wear brand that has been around since 2013. We operate as one of India's largest online merchandising platforms, boasting licenses from notable brands such as Disney and WWE.

Our product line features themed designs inspired by superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we have also expanded to new categories and introduced activewear, supima products, innerwear, and personal care items like perfumes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketplaces for various fashion brands.
  • Familiarity with Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels, and OMS – Univommerce/Vinculum/Incref.
  • Lead PnL calculation and use this understanding to inform daily decision-making.
  • Oversee a team of Operations and MIS personnel to drive business growth.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills for executive decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms for scaling business.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketplaces or similar fields.
