Lead Production Operations

Job Overview:

As a seasoned production professional, you will oversee and manage overall production operations of Injectable and General sections. This role requires strategic planning, effective leadership, and meticulous execution to ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production targets and ensure they are achieved within defined quality, cost, and time parameters.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, machines, and material utilization to optimize production efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across production lines.
  • Supervise filling, packaging, and related processes to minimize deviations.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth operations.
  • Develop and lead production planning, control activities to meet market demand.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance in production areas.
  • Train, guide, and motivate production staff to enhance efficiency and skill levels.
  • Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and reports as per audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • B Pharm, M Pharm, M Sc, B Tech (Chem, Pharma) degree.
  • 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Injectables, General.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, WHO, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
