Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect to drive the success of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of architects and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations that exceed client expectations.
  • Create and oversee GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure timely and coordinated outputs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and site execution to meet quality standards and exceed client satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff to help them grow professionally.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface:
  • Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with statutory authorities for permissions and compliance to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Show strong knowledge of Indian building codes & bye-laws, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms.
  • Have excellent construction detailing, materials, and services integration skills.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution.
  • Be a registered architect with the Council of Architecture (COA).
