Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Project Manager to join our team at Riverforest Connections Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting transitions into the Front Office Support space, ensuring the transition is executed in line with the approved Transition Methodology and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head in transitioning and stabilizing various processes at Riverforest Connections Private Limited.
  • Organize calls to agree on various project deliverables, track statuses, publish MI, and provide post-golive support as appropriate.
  • Assist in the production of Project/Programme Forum papers, Programme Board agendas, and other reporting activities.
  • Ensure all Project/Programme Forum papers, Programme Board agendas, and communications to stakeholders are prepared to a high standard on a timely basis.
  • Act as Toll Gatekeeper during various phases of the transition.
  • Proactively maintain the initiative RAID log and assist Business Project managers and work stream leads in the management and resolution of issues and risks.
  • Review compliance to Transition Governance by defining documentation and sign-off requirements.
  • Ensure management of Milestone and project data in core tools (SharePoint, Shared drives, etc.).

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar PMO role, Project Control, or Business Management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management and business analysis experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and take ownership of assigned tasks with the ability to follow through.
  • Methodical, analytical, and organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence.
  • Ability to address a wide variety of topics simultaneously and in a structured manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to effectively influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
