Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Plant Head / Manufacturing Head with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and global travel experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven managerial experience with a focus on leadership and team building.
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
  • Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory.
  • Ability to create accountability and lead by example.
  • Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
