We are seeking a skilled VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) professional to work in Anantapur, India. The ideal candidate will own day-to-day operations and ensure the steadystate reliability of the VCF stack, focusing on vSphere, vSAN, vRealize Operations (vROps / VMware Aria Operations), and NSX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; drive problem management and rootcause analysis.
  • Perform routine health checks and remediation across vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vROps.
Platform Administration:
  • vSphere: clusters, resource pools, DRS/HA, vMotion/Storage vMotion, templates, VM lifecycle.
  • vSAN: storage policies, capacity planning, resync monitoring, performance troubleshooting.
  • NSX (NSXT): segments/overlays, T0/T1 gateways, distributed firewall (DFW) rules, NAT, basic load balancing concepts.
  • vROps / Aria Operations: dashboards, alert tuning, capacity/performance analytics, reporting.
Security & Compliance:
  • Implement and validate basic firewall rules and segmentation policy in NSX per industry standards.
  • Adhere to customer change control, audit, and security best practices.
Stakeholder Management & Handover:
  • Provide regular status updates, capacity/performance reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to customer operations teams.
