AI Researcher

This role is a blend of research and software development. As an AI Researcher, you will work on developing and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Develop and implement prototypes to test hypotheses and iterate rapidly.
  • Benchmark and optimize AI models for performance, resource efficiency, and interpretability.
Required Skills:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in CS, ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning.
  • Expert in Python + frameworks like PyTorch or JAX; experience with Hugging Face or deployed LLM APIs.
  • Strong software engineering intuition: modular design, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing.
