BIM Engineer Job Posting

We seek a skilled BIM engineer to create construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and model 3D objects with Revit.

Our ideal candidate will set up projects, create parametric families, manage the Revit server, and provide materials from a production perspective. They must be able to translate less specific design directions into functional documents and collaborate with project team members for seamless integration of all building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.

We require excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
