Financial Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our finance team with various tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a valuable opportunity to develop skills in financial management, accounting, and client communication.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner;
  • Tracking and monitoring outstanding invoices;
  • Following up with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities;
  • Assisting with reconciling accounts receivable;
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and payment status.

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
