The role of an Assignment Support Associate is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment. The key responsibilities include reviewing timesheets and expenses, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Reviewing timesheets and expenses for completeness and accuracy
  • Verifying receipts and ensuring accurate final amount tallies
  • Communicating directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted
  • Analyzing data to manage payroll-related queries and prepare overviews of issues
  • Processing emails in shared inboxes within deadlines and urgency levels, responding within at least 24 hours
  • Saving expense sheets and receipts according to Payroll team's filing conventions and seeking client/manager approvals without impacting turnaround time
  • Working according to the payroll schedule to prevent delays in payments
