Project Manager Role

The successful candidate will collaborate with an exceptional team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-quality outcomes for renowned brands worldwide.

  • Manage client expectations, communicate daily, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimating resources and participants needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements:

  • Direct work experience in project management capacity, including process development and execution on the SFCC platform.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNOW, JIRA or similar tools.
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, focusing on release management processes and methodologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Experience in conducting release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and managing post-release activities is desired. Skilled in facilitating communication and collaboration for efficient release processes.
