Job Title: Product Manager

The company seeks a skilled and experienced product manager to lead the development and launch of new products. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in driving business growth and delivering customer value.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed business plans for products, including target segments, product design and structuring, pricing, delivery channels, sales strategy, and operational and customer service processes.
  • Lead the new product approval process by getting approvals from relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams on developing campaigns to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage product milestones within budget, scope, and timeline, moderating or escalating where needed.

Product Management Skills:

  • Ownership of products' balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) to constantly seek to rationalize, enhance, and grow product offerings to achieve balance sheet and P&L objectives.
  • Enhancing current products and services based on new industry trends or opportunities as well as identifying gaps in current products based on feedback provided by front office teams and to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Customer Centricity Responsibilities:

  • Secretary to the Bank's Customer Centricity Committee - arranging meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points.
  • Running NPS surveys and monitoring key customer-centricity metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular internal staff surveys to measure employees' knowledge about the bank's products and services and identify areas of improvement.
