Job Summary

Financial Analyst Role: We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, MIS, and ERP systems. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models using Excel/Google Sheets and financial software.
  2. Track and report key financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, gross margins, etc.
  3. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closures to ensure accuracy and compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  4. Prepare accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial statements.
  5. Monitor marketing spends and ROI to optimize business decisions.
  6. Analyze costs and drive operational efficiency to improve profitability.
  7. Manage cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  8. Support financial projections, board decks, and due diligence.
  9. Manage investor reporting and updates.
Requirements
  1. CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  2. 3–6 years of experience in finance roles preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
  4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS.
  5. Exposure to Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Razorpay, logistics, and digital payment reconciliation is a plus.
  6. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
