Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team of experts in Workday configuration and delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in guiding customers through the implementation process, providing expert advice and best practices.

The role involves demonstrating Workday capabilities, leading customers towards optimal solutions, resolving product configuration challenges, and optimizing solutions to meet business needs.

In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, our professionals will also deliver other Customer Enablement services such as:

  • Office Hours for appointment-based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise to customers
  • Configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables calling out opportunities for optimization
  • One-on-one customer configuration designs
  • Deployments including full deployment of Workday features
