This is a senior-level management position responsible for spearheading the transformation of our organization's IT infrastructure across corporate and factory environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT projects and execution of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, servers, networks, and information security.

  • Manage operational technology (OT) in manufacturing environments, including plant automation systems, machine integrations, plant workmen attendance, biometrics, security, surveillance, and other operational systems.">
  • Drive ITIL Practices and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) with best-of-class SLA & Change management across Applications & Infrastructure using AI-driven tools and automation.">
  • Implement and manage Information Security and put adequate controls through different security tools & processes.">
  • Evaluate technologies and vendors, adopt new technologies, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis with business case presentation skills.">
  • Surveillance/security systems management, user account management, IAM solutions, access controls, SD-WAN, LAN, VLAN management, and plant network management.">
  • Network security, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity measures.">
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).">
  • Disaster recovery, backup strategies, and compliance standards.">
