Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the transformation of our organization's IT infrastructure.

This role involves planning, implementing and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure across corporate and factory environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT projects and execution of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, servers, networks, and information security.

They will also have experience in successfully managing operational technology (OT) in manufacturing environments, including plant automation systems, machine integrations, plant workmen attendance, biometrics, security, surveillance, and other operational systems.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical and soft skills, with excellent communication and project management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience in managing IT projects and execution of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, servers, networks, and information security.
  2. Experience in successfully managing operational technology (OT) in manufacturing environments, including plant automation systems, machine integrations, plant workmen attendance, biometrics, security, surveillance, and other operational systems.
  3. Experience and at least one full cycle implementation experience in driving ITIL practices and managing IT service management with best-of-class SLA and change management across applications and infrastructure using AI-driven tools and automation.
  4. Experience in implementing and managing information security (ICMS) and putting adequate controls in place through different security tools and processes.
  5. Excellent technology and vendor evaluation, innovation, new technology adoption, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis with business case presentation skills.
  6. Deep knowledge of surveillance/security systems management and proficiency with user-centric IT services.
