Key Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Specialist to develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms. Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and business intelligence (BI) reporting platforms are essential.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, along with 4-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven ability to design and scale high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels is necessary for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
  • Mentor junior marketers and manage external agencies.
  • Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to align messaging and targeting efforts.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and customer journey optimization experiments.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
