Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Compliance Team.

This role involves coordinating compliance activities, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submissions of statutory returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and experience in an administrative or compliance support role.

  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of data processing activities, data breaches, and subject rights requests.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
  • Support handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and maintain records of consent, privacy notices, and data processing agreements.
  • Log and escalate privacy concerns as appropriate.
  • Collate documentation and evidence for internal and external audits or inspections.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly compliance status reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and report on completion rates of mandatory compliance training.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling and tracking training, webinars, and briefings.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather compliance inputs and work with the IT team to support cybersecurity compliance measures.
  • Support communication of new policies, updates, or alerts across departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an administrative or compliance support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with data protection principles under UK GDPR.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks and controls.
