**Insurance Development Professional**

We seek a results-driven field sales professional to drive life insurance sales through direct client engagement and strategic partnerships.

  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach, referrals, and market analysis
  • Develop customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending suitable life insurance products
  • Communicate policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to business growth and expansion
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure seamless policy processing and delivery
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, workshops, and customer engagement events
  • Record all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting formats, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial services, or similar sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems
