Technical and Functional Expert

Job Description:

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical and Functional Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customizations and enhancements in the FiServ DNA platform.

\

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs, and configure FiServ DNA modules to align with banking operations and business workflows.

\

Key Responsibilities include Development and Customization, Technical Support, Integration, and Documentation. You will also provide functional support to end-users and resolve issues promptly, deliver training sessions, and create user-friendly guides for system navigation and usage.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and SQL; hands-on experience with FiServ DNA architecture, APIs, and data models; familiarity with integration tools, web services (SOAP/REST), and ETL processes.

\

In-depth understanding of banking operations, workflows, and compliance standards; experience configuring core banking modules and resolving functional issues; proficiency in creating detailed business and functional documentation.

\
