Legal Assistant Position

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Legal Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating directly with clients, assessing housing condition claims, and progressing legal files.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a dynamic startup environment that supports UK law firms from our office in Hyderabad. As a Legal Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure all work complies with relevant legal protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients over the phone to collect case details.
  • Evaluate housing disrepair claims against legal criteria.
  • Manage and maintain legal case files in line with procedural requirements.
  • Draft letters, liaise with experts, and schedule inspections.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the legal process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English with ability to communicate confidently and professionally with UK-based clients.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a positive attitude toward learning.
  • Empathy and genuine desire to help clients in distressing housing situations.
