Production Manager Job

Our organization is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production activities and manage production teams in Al Khobar/Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves managing and coordinating production activities to ensure timely and efficient panel production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision:
    • Supervise and coordinate production worker activities to meet performance goals.
    • Maintain technicians' performance and provide coaching as needed.
    • Schedule work assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee the production process to meet targets and deadlines.
    • Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads to meet production needs.
    • Ensure production aligns with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Prepare equipment tags and wiring ferrules.
    • Maintain production machines and record relevant information.
  • Quality Control:
    • Maintain high product quality standards by implementing quality control measures.
    • Coordinate regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing with the QC team.
    • Address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
    • Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
    • Work with management to develop and implement production strategies.
    • Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure necessary materials availability.
    • Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum five years of experience in a production environment.
    • Proven track record in supervising production teams.
    • Experience in managing production schedules and meeting targets.
