Supply Chain Manager Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring safety, service excellence, and asset integrity.

  • Key responsibilities include building and empowering a high-performing supply chain team focused on efficiency and customer-centricity.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for aligning plant operations with corporate SCM standards, managing material flows, launches, and inventory to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
  • Additionally, they will drive S&OP/S&OE processes and monitor KPIs like LTAR, ITR, DPMO, and total supply chain costs.

 

To succeed in this role, you will require over 5 years of experience in operations and supply chain functions, with leadership in a manufacturing/technical environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in supply chain management, including planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Capable of integrating corporate strategies into local operations and managing change effectively.
  • Familiarity with S&OP, demand/supply balancing, and end-to-end inventory management.
