Job Summary

The Solution Integrator or Integration Engineer is responsible for integrating network solutions, analyzing, preparing, implementing, and executing test cases, verifying configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of nodes, networks, or systems. This role adheres to responsible business practices, ensuring compliance with group, legal, and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Operational

  • Plan and execute integration activities in customer projects
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues for delivery of project activities
  • Interface and interact with relevant stakeholders within the organization, ensuring timely progress on project issues for critical/priority cases
  • Handle customer technical queries and ensure timely responses
  • Stay updated on relevant technical skills
  • Participate in project activities and deliver results
  • Provide project handover to relevant stakeholders, such as customer operations teams, managed services teams, or customer support teams
  • Organize and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders
  • Review and prepare relevant technical documents, such as HLD, LLD, Network Impact Reports, and Method of Procedure

Customer Specific

  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and working groups
  • Participate in customer project reviews and meetings as needed
  • Stay updated on solutions deployed in customer networks
  • Maintain customer awareness of products and their lifecycles
  • Interface with customers for planned activities in networks as needed

Business Related

  • Provide technical support to ICT-PD as needed
  • Participate in and contribute to pre-sales engagement activities, if needed
  • Understand contractual obligations for project delivery
  • Ensure project goals are met in terms of timelines and financials
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Experience Requirements

  • Education and years of experience
  • Education: BE/B Tech or equivalent
  • Min years of experience: 6+ Years

Functional Skill Experience

  • Experience working in 4G & 5G Packet Core is required
  • Primary competence in SAPC/CCPC/5G Policy Controller
  • Experience with MME/AMF/SMF/PCC, EPG/Packet Gateway, and integration and troubleshooting skills in the Policy and Packet Area
  • Ability to trace and analyze complex logs for Packet Core nodes (4G & 5G)
  • Desirable exposure to Cloud Core applications/environment, such as CCSM/CCDM/CCRC, OpenStack (CEE)/Kubernetes (CCD), and IP Switching and Routing
  • Strong technical acumen for handling complex customer issues
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Past experience with Ericsson preferred
  • Good knowledge of 3GPP in 5G Packet Core and Policy
  • Location - Gurugram, but flexible for extraordinary talents
