Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to join our Influencer Marketing team.

  • Create engaging content for influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Craft compelling copy, messaging, taglines, scripts, captions, and briefs tailored to brand and influencer tone.
  • Collaborate with the influencer management team to develop creative directions and campaign ideas.
  • Evaluate and refine influencer submissions for clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Stay updated on digital content trends, social media language, and creator culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  2. Write captivating copy and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
  4. Refine and edit influencer content to ensure consistency and quality.
  5. Stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in influencer marketing, digital, or social media content.
  • Strong command of English (and additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to adapt writing style to match different influencer voices and brand tones.
  • Creative thinker with sharp storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with creative, brand solutions, and influencer management teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience writing short-form social-first content (memes, reels, shorts).
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystem.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital content trends.
