Job Title: Cloud Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable solutions using Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Python, along with hands-on experience in the AWS ecosystem.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement efficient ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS using Spark and PySpark
  • Optimize large-scale data processing workflows for performance and reliability
  • Work with AWS services such as Glue, EMR, S3, Lambda, and Redshift
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all pipelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in cloud data engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Python
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data services
  • Solid understanding of distributed computing and data architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines
  • Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse architectures
