Job Title: Senior Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Dasna, Eastern Peripheral Highway, Ghaziabad

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous industry standards, identifying and implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, AS9100, and defence-specific quality standards.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inspection results, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree from IIT/NIT with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in precision manufacturing, defence, or aerospace components is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for quality excellence and continuous improvement.
