Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our products and services. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing inspections and testing to confirm quality conformance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inspection procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate product quality and collaborate with production teams to improve results.
  • Monitor risk management procedures and analyze problem logs.
  • Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data and document activities through internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects and develop new standards for production and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ year experience in Quality Assurance or related fields
  • Comfortable reviewing non-English language content
  • Superb computer competence and knowledge of quality assurance terminology
  • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation
