Job Summary

The GenAI Architect will lead the development and communication of a vision and strategy for generative AI systems. Key responsibilities include designing scalable systems for deploying AI applications, integrating them with existing technology stacks, and providing technical guidance to teams.

  • Strategic Leadership: Align organizational objectives with the genAI vision and strategy by fostering collaboration among stakeholders and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Architecture Design: Develop robust systems for deploying AI applications and integrate them seamlessly with existing tech stacks to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert leadership and mentorship to teams promoting best practices in genAI development and deployment, driving continuous learning and improvement.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end processes of genAI solutions from ideation through delivery and operationalization, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and streamline change management processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Optimize and troubleshoot production systems to maintain high performance and efficiency of AI applications.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for genAI solutions to ensure seamless integration and rapid deployment.
  • API Development: Define and deliver quality API access for various AI services to support business growth and innovation.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have an educational background in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect focusing on AI/ML and genAI technologies is essential.
