AI Solutions Engineer

Genpact is a leading provider of advanced technology services and solutions.

The role of AI Solutions Engineer involves working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize data pipelines for analytics and decision-making. This includes collaborating with analytics, product, and engineering teams to drive data initiatives end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Redshift and SQL, strong project leadership skills, and a passion for driving data initiatives. The role requires the ability to lead and manage end-to-end data engineering projects, design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Redshift, SQL, and AWS services, and optimize Redshift clusters and SQL queries for performance and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering projects
  • Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Redshift, SQL, and AWS services
  • Optimize Redshift clusters and SQL queries for performance and cost-efficiency
  • Serve as domain expert for data modeling, architecture, and warehousing best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Proven expertise in AWS Redshift, advanced SQL, and modern data pipeline tools
  • Hands-on experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and performance tuning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and drive them to completion

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Experience with Python, PySpark, and orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with BI tools
  • AWS certifications or relevant credentials are a plus
