We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop and deploy ServiceNow Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) to enhance user interaction and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices, and proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in IVA development and deployment.

A strong understanding of ServiceNow Self Help Cases and Service Request Automation is also required. Additionally, experience with Generative AI technologies related to ServiceNow is an advantage.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implementing solutions, maintaining and troubleshooting automated workflows to ensure seamless operation, and continuously updating and improving self-help cases based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
