Test Operations Manager

The Test Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing test schedules in collaboration with academic teams. This involves managing classroom allocations and seating arrangements for examinations, as well as overseeing and managing the deployment of test invigilators and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute test schedules, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
- Manage classroom allocations, including seating arrangements, to ensure optimal examination conditions.
- Deploy and manage test invigilators and support staff, providing necessary guidance and training.
- Ensure strict adherence to test protocols and standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate records of test attendance and reports.
- Monitor ongoing tests, addressing any issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to analyze data and create informative reports.
