Senior Frontend Developer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:

  • Feature Development:

    Translate product requirements and UX designs into robust, production-ready features that meet the highest engineering standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, backend, and frontend development, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

  • Mentorship and Code Reviews:

    Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards, promoting continuous learning and growth.

  • SEO and Performance Optimization:

    Implement and maintain SEO-friendly features, including page speed optimization and structured metadata, ensuring a superior user experience.

  • Troubleshooting and Debugging:

    Efficiently troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, upholding the highest quality standards and delivering exceptional results.

  • Technology Exploration:

    Continuously explore new technologies and suggest improvements to our tech stack and development workflows, driving innovation and progress.

  • Leadership and Growth Opportunities:

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience:

    5+ years of professional frontend development experience.

  • Technical Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

  • SEO Knowledge:

    Working knowledge of SEO principles, including page speed, meta tags, and structured data.

  • Communication Skills:

    Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Problem-Solving Ability:

    Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail, driving exceptional results.

  • Version Control Tools:

    Experience with version control tools, such as Git, and agile software development practices.

  • TypeScript and Testing Libraries:
