Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager to join our team at Teamware Solutions.

The SLA Manager will be responsible for the management, coordination, and governance of internal contracts. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure effective SLA issuance, signing, monitoring, and review.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SLA issuance with internal teams, project managers, and beneficiaries.
  • Manage SLA signatures with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers.
  • Ensure legal documents align with project deliveries; escalate blocking issues where necessary.
  • Produce and maintain KPIs for SLAs.
  • Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams; adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate contracts upon deployment of purchase or in-house applications.
  • After SLA signing, ensure service reviews with beneficiaries and providers (covering KPIs, services, etc.).
  • Actively contribute to overall SLA governance.
  • Manage SLA control execution.
  • Support SLA issuance and coordination with internal teams, IT Office, Project Managers, and Beneficiaries.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant SLA experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection (GDPR), IT Security.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant SLA/IC management experience.
