Job Overview:

Infor XA is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that enables organizations to streamline their business processes and improve efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Infor XA to fill this key role. As a techno-functional consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Infor XA, including Synon code development tool, Control Language & OS/400 commands, RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of IDF framework, COM, Inventory management, Purchasing, Production monitoring and control, Master scheduling, MRP, Ecommerce, supply chain and manufacturing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional specifications to design, develop and document technical solutions to customize Infor XA.
  • Supporting ERP XA 9.2 user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules.
  • Managing daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and approved requests.
  • Developing & Testing of customizations and suggest corrections/improvements.
  • Expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning.
  • Good hands on knowledge of Inventory management, Purchasing, Production monitoring and control, Master scheduling, MRP, Ecommerce, supply chain and manufacturing execution.
  • Implementation experience will be preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of technical experience with good knowledge on Synon code development tool.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing and strong customer interaction skills.
  • Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Coach and mentor other developer and analysts on best practice and development fundamentals.

Should be open to work in flexible hours.
