Job Overview

About a pioneer in laser manufacturing, we are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

The company offers a range of services including laser marking & engraving, laser cutting, laser welding, and solar cell scribing / micro-machining systems. Our fiber laser marking system with automation is used for various applications such as laser marking for bearing, piston ring, valves, nozzles, and jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative design concepts
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models for product development and manufacturing processes
  • Support the design team in building and testing prototypes to validate design concepts
  • Maintain accurate records of design iterations, revisions, and project milestones
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience or coursework in design, engineering, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs
