Cloud Resource Job Description:

The role of Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS Resource is a critical position that requires extensive experience in cloud computing, leadership, and technical skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Cloud, including SaaS, PaaS, and instance planning.

With 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, you will lead teams and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently as a team member are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Skills: OIC, Oracle Cloud Interfaces, SOAP Webservices, REST API, FBDI, BI Publisher reports, OTBI Reporting & Dashboards, SQL & PL/SQL, Storage Cloud, VBCS
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on in Cloud, migrating objects to Oracle Cloud Production and Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle documentation, Oracle SaaS Instance Management and Planning
  • Coordinating with Oracle and raising SRs, issue resolution with business users or owners, supporting system integrations with other enterprise systems

Additional Skills include:

  • Helpdesk tool like Service now, JIRA

Requirements include:

  • Strong leadership quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud
  • Knowledge of technical skills mentioned above

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and troubleshoot interfaces between Oracle and other applications
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting issues
  • Implement system enhancements and customizations as needed
  • Triage production support tickets and prioritize with business input
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and coordinating with users for UAT
  • Migrate OIC integration, configure OIC Connectors
  • Migration of BIP, OTBI, OIC Report from one instance to another

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Code Repository like Git
  • ESS Jobs scheduling in Oracle Cloud environment
