Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional with 10+ years of experience in the power management space within the semiconductor industry. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market.

  • Identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps for power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.).
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in power management, including product definition, is essential. Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools is also required.

  • 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition.
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
  • Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical and magnetic investigations.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • Understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa)
